1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl plus ("jl plus," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl plus online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jlplus.club (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jl plus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

jl plus reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use the jl plus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jl plus, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jl plus Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jl plus reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the jl plus Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued ID
• Your date of birth
• A valid email address that you own and control
• Your Philippine mobile number
• Your residential address in the Philippines

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. jl plus will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.

You must notify jl plus immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jl plus shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the jl plus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl plus supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Card: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Deposits are generally credited to your jl plus account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. jl plus does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the name on your payment method must match the name on your jl plus account.

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. jl plus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

jl plus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or technical issues outside our control. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl plus offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been met.
• Each bonus offer is subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and time limits, which are stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• jl plus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple accounts or collusion, will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Loyalty Program points are governed by the separate Loyalty Program terms available on the jl plus Platform.

In the event of any dispute regarding bonus eligibility or wagering requirements, the decision of jl plus shall be final and binding.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jl plus Platform — including live casino games, slots, bingo, and other offerings — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

• All slot games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• jl plus reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient account balance before placing bets. jl plus does not extend credit to players.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.

jl plus strives to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl plus Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Colluding with other players or engaging in chip dumping in poker or other multiplayer games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings obtained through exploitation will be forfeited
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jl plus Platform
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or jl plus staff via any communication channel
• Allowing a third party to access or use your jl plus account
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited

8. Responsible Gaming

jl plus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. We provide the following tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during a session.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl plus Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of jl plus or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent
• Use jl plus trademarks or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation
• Create derivative works based on Platform content
• Use Platform content for commercial purposes

Any unauthorised use of j l plus intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by jl plus.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl plus shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain credential security
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control
• Errors or inaccuracies in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform

jl plus's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11. Privacy & Data

jl plus collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering on jl plus, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of gaming services. You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting our support team.

jl plus implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption and access controls, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Termination

jl plus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or other competent authority
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months

Upon termination for cause, jl plus reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to applicable KYC and anti-money laundering checks.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jl plus customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any pending bonus amounts will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the jl plus Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players are encouraged to first contact jl plus customer support to seek an amicable resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.

jl plus operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and applicable PAGCOR regulations, the applicable regulations shall prevail.

14. Amendments

jl plus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email to their registered address and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the jl plus Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
